1. Basic policy

The MIRUGO editorial team (the "editorial team") handles information obtained on this site, "MIRUGO | Watch Go," appropriately and within the scope of its purposes of use.

2. Information we obtain and how we use it

Contact

The contact form collects your name, email address and message. We use them only to review your message, reply, and contact you as needed.

Information at the time of access

For server maintenance and security, the hosting provider's logs may record IP addresses, browser information, access times and so on. In addition, to prevent abusive repeated submissions of the contact form, a one-way converted identifier of the IP address is temporarily stored for up to 10 minutes.

3. Favorite players and Today's Go fortune

Your "favorite players" and your "Today's Go fortune" results and streaks are saved only in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to MIRUGO's servers. Clearing your browser's stored data also deletes them.

Favorite player alerts (the bell in the header) deliver the same recent game information published by MIRUGO to everyone, and your browser picks out and shows only your favorite players. Alert content, read status and alert settings are also saved only in your browser; which players you follow is never sent to MIRUGO.

4. Access analytics and cookies

To understand usage and improve the site, this site uses "Google Analytics," an access analysis tool provided by Google LLC, through the WordPress plugin "Site Kit by Google."

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, time spent, referrers, approximate region, and device and browser type. The editorial team receives only statistically aggregated information and does not use it to identify individuals. The collected information is managed under Google's privacy policy. How to disable it

You can stop collection by Google Analytics by disabling cookies in your browser settings or by using the "Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on" provided by Google.

Information sent externally

• Recipient: Google LLC (Google Analytics)
• Information sent: URLs of pages viewed, referrer, device and browser information, identifiers such as cookies, access time, etc.
• Purpose of use: improving the site by aggregating and analyzing access

5. Provision to third parties

Except as required by law, we do not provide the information we obtain to third parties without your consent. If we need to outsource work, such as responding to inquiries, we will supervise the contractor appropriately.

6. Links to external sites

7. Advertising (Amazon Associates Program)

MIRUGO is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.jp. Book recommendations are marked "PR." When you go to Amazon from a recommendation link, Amazon may use cookies and similar technologies to identify the referrer of a purchase. Please see Amazon's privacy notice for how this is handled. MIRUGO does not receive information from Amazon that identifies purchasers.

8. Management and disclosure of information

We take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, leakage or loss of the information we obtain. For requests regarding disclosure, correction or deletion of your information, please contact us through the contact form.

9. Revisions

This policy may be revised in response to changes in our services or laws. Important changes will be announced on this site.
