The Computer on the board, hitting the vital points: Ishida Yoshio 9-dan, whose official profile reads "Became the youngest Honinbo in history at the time, at age 22, earning the nickname 'the Computer.'" In the next game, I want to wait for a move that shows that experience.
MIRUGO WATCH POINT
For this player,
watch for this.
Small margins in the endgame carry the weight of the game. Follow the moves once the position becomes close. With Ishida Yoshio, I also want to see where the decisions that lead to a path like becoming the youngest Honinbo in history at the time, at age 22, and earning the nickname "the Computer" appear.
